Shipping Policy

All items are dispatched from the UK within 1-2 weeks from purchase, but I do my best to dispatch as soon as possible. The delivery time will depend on the country of destination and the delivery service used. Please let me know if you need an urgent shipment (for an extra charge).

Your items are secured on an earring card or in a bag, then wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap if shipped in a box, or sent in a padded envelope.

I only ship via tracked services, usually via UK Royal Mail or International Royal Mail tracked services. Please get in touch asap f you want to request a different courier, for an additional fee. Buyers are responsible for paying taxes and custom charges.

Please allow 7 days in the UK and 10 days internationally before you contact me regarding missing parcels, and always quote both your order number and the shipment tracking number.

N.B. Due to changes in regulations, we are not able to sell to European countries, so all orders placed to the EU will be cancelled.

Return & Exchange Policy

We don't allow exchanges and returns for hygiene reasons. Please contact me if you have any issues with your order.

Please note that these are handmade polymer clay items, so they may have small imperfections, bubbles, specks and dents.

Polymer Clay Jewellery Care:

Avoid direct contact with perfumes, creams, chemicals; do not wear when you swim or shower; don’t sleep with your jewellery on; avoid leaving it in bags and pockets, and instead store it safely in a box or in a secure place.If needed, wipe gently with a damp cloth to remove dirt.
